Update on our week:  Its been a while, but we are back with another episode for everyone.  This week we give you an update on how things are for each of us:  Andy discusses going to TGI Fridays and having a great time with his girlfriend while they enjoyed the endless appetizers offered there.  Andy, being ever so observant, brings to light a couple having dinner that peaked his curiosity and his analysis of what the guy did wrong plus how he believes the situation will turn out for the both of them.  A brief discussion is had on CM Punk, his upcoming UFC debut, and the chances of his success.  Andy takes a trip to the doctor after a 15-year break and opens up about the experience.  Noel discusses in-depth the UFC event that was headlined by the matchup between Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz.  Noel talks about his new job, the change in his personal schedule/routine, and how a full-time job can take a lot out of you, but it can also help you grow, learn, and appreciate that weekend more.  Daniel talks on Jr. enjoying his first day back at school and how community supplies in classrooms are becoming a regular thing.  Daniel also shares with us an experience he had with a flat tire and how he was able to use this as an opportunity to show Jr. how to change a tire and be aware of certain things in this situation.

Update on our week:  Hows it going FreeForm Renegades!?  This week we give our updates on the week.  Andy gets the grand tour at the Miller Brewing Company in Milwaukee.  He goes into detail on how big of a company Miller is and the perks of taking the half hour tour in the original brewing plant here in the Midwest.  Andy covers a documentary titled Clinton Cash and the presidential nominees for this upcoming elections and some of the dark things that go on in the background.  Star Trek Beyond is discussed and Andy fills us in on this action packed scifi movie.  Noel gets us caught up on the season of Outcast and the finale as well as the long running show Supernatural.  He also gives us some info on his new job that started in mid August.  He discusses the change in the sleep schedule and how this new job has its changes, but also has its benefits to grow as a person through the experience.  Daniel enlightens us on his experience at the Kidz Bop concert.  This is the first concert Daniel has gone to that wasnt rock or rap as it was catered to children and pop music enthusiasts.  Daniel and his family took their son Jr. to enjoy the songs and the atmosphere in downtown Chicago.  Daniel also brings up the problems that can arise with medical insurance and their gratefulness to have a promotion that can benefit them and help with the overall prescription costs.  We discuss the unwritten rules on giving spoilers for movies or televison shows.  Tell us what you think.
Article for the week: Donkey Kong record has been broken and has reached a point considered by many as unbeatable.  AMC releases a cease and desist to a popular Walking Dead website that has gained notoriety for its very accurate predictions.  Prior to the release of their prediction to the cliffhanger this most recent season, AMC served them a cease and disist order to prevent the possibility of spoiling who died this last season.

Update on our week:  Welcome back for another exciting episode of Free Form Radio!  This week we give the updates on whats going on with us as well as take a look into the world of Veganism.  Andy takes a trip to Michigan and tests the waters to compare to his recent trip to the Indiana Dunes.  He explains the pros and cons of both and how much he enjoys being outdoors.  Andy also discusses rewatching Sopranos and doing an analysis of the ending concluding a long running successful series that also confirmed his suspicions on the fate of the main character.  Noel starts juicing again and discusses trying to find the best balanced diet to get in shape and be a healthier person.  He also talks about researching Vegan and Vegetarian diets but ultimately considered being an omnivore the best approach.  Noel also gives a bit of hype to a new Cinemax show Outcast and sheds light on the dark nature that the thrilling show brings.  Daniel watches Captain America: Civil War and really enjoyed it.  He talks about the new Civil War comic books and the development of the story as well as differences between the movie and previous series of books.  Daniel also speaks on attending a wedding and getting to see family that he has not seen in a very long time.

Update on our week:  Welcome Free Form Renegades, we have a new episode for the week.  Noel gives us an update on the job hunt.  His social experiment proved to be more true
than we realized, but he is progressing and the outlook is very promising.  Noel talks about wanting this job to raise
capital to start his career as a business owner and entrepreneur.  We discuss businesses and how the pay
structure varies from company to company. 
Andy talks about the Indiana Dunes and his fun and exciting
getaway.  He informs us that there is a
price for entry and adds humor to how the price varies based on the state you
live in.  Andy was surprised to see a no
swimming sign at the beach, but as many are paying customers, they ignored the
rules and enjoyed the water on the hot day. 
The waves are strong and it can be dangerous for a inexperienced swimmer.  We have a discussion over how it can be
dangerous when driving and an animal crosses your path.  We discuss the ethics of overtaking the
animals environment.  Daniel speaks on
Jr's vacation coming to an end and the beginning of the next school year nearing.  We discuss how most people have different
vacation lengths for school years and how if you are like Noel during his
college years, you would have an accelerated program that took away most of
your vacation and break time from school. 
We take a little time to talk about the turmoil in Europe and the Middle
East with Turkey facing a coup and attempted takeover and we speak on the
attacks in France that took over 70 lives. 
Noel and Andy share their opinion on gun control, the media, Brexit, the
effects of current events and how it impacts the world.  Daniel ends our podcast on a positive note
discussing how he and his wife Alana went to a market to browse and make a
purchase for organic produce.  We talk
about prices and the benefits of organic food as opposed to
processed/conventional food that may contain chemicals, pesticides, or
preservatives.  Next week we will be
having an interesting discussion on Veganism and the benefits versus myths of
the philosophy.  Make sure to tune in for

Update on our week:  The new episode is finally here after a nice break and we are happy and glad to be back!  This week Noel gives an update on the UFC's back-to-back-to-back events leading up to the monumental UFC 200.  We go over some news in the MMA world and the amazing fights to keep everyone entertained.  Noel discusses his social experiment with his job hunt and the progression towards finding the best fitting job for his future goals.  Andy enlightens us on his return to the Catholic Church, his views on the changes/status of the Catholic Religion, and the hierarchy within the organization.  Andy also talks on his vacation plans as he heads to the Indiana Dunes for a nice and fun getaway.  Daniel has a mishap with his IPhone that nearly caused permanent water damage and he gives us his thoughts on the camping experience and visiting the old camp stomping grounds during the break.   We discuss tipping in restaurants and how certain complaints that effect the tip is not always the fault of the waiter/waitress but impacts them nonetheless.
Article topics for the week include:  First, a massive tip of over $1000 left for a waitstaff by a man who was a little more than intoxicated at the time of payment.  Second, Uber drivers are not making as much money as many would believe because after expenses, the average driver around the US will make between $10-14 per hour.

Update on our week:  Andy purchases a new truck after having issues with his older Chevy S10. After consideration, Andy decided to go with his popular choice of a Ford F-150 over a Dodge Ram.  Andy also discusses how Trucks have many uses and hold their value well even when over 100k miles.  He also sheds light on the negotiating process aka "the dance" and getting the best deal possible at the dealership. Daniel tests out the Sony VR headset and had an amazing experience.  At first, he was hesitant on the pricing for the new gadget, but after trying it out, his doubts were quashed.  After E3 convention ended, Sony notified fans that they would have trials for the VR at various locations, and Daniel took advantage of this by testing out one of their models at the HIP (Harlem and Irving Plaza).  He talks on the headphones (sold seperately) being of higher quality and truly complimenting the VR goggles with its noise cancelling capabilities. Daniel also covers a bit on E3 which was held on the West Coast in LA, California.  EA showed off a 3 year plan with Star Wars, FIFA, Madden, and Battlefield. Although it has promise, it was on the lower end of the press conferences.  With only 3D models and the info they provided, it looks like Star Wars will be continuing to draw attention and a solid fanbase, but much is left to be seen.  An upgrade to the Xbox One, Microsoft announced Xbox Scorpio and Xbox Slim which is keeping Sony on its toes.  Sony is also releasing an upgrade to the PS4 with the PS4.5 Neo and had an overall better presence at E3.  Daniel and Andy also discuss some of the other games mentioned in the press conferences throughout the Expo.

Update on our week:  Free form Renegades, the new episode is upon us and its that time again to update you on our week.  Noel talks about the sadness of shaving for interviews, searching for administration work, saving for his own business ventures, and believing in synchronicity for his romantic life.  Andy talks about visiting the city, enjoying the sights Chicago has to offer, and sharing his love for the White Sox with his new female companion.  Andy talks on the experience of riding the trains, the unique people that you find in this diverse city, and he also pays respect to the internet sensation Kimbo Slice Ferguson after passing away that the young age of 42.  Daniel fills us in on his vacation and experience, spending time with the family, and enjoying the different exhibits and features of the Volo Auto Museum.

Museums around the world are trying to run out the clock on legal action that Holocaust victims and the Jewish community are taking in attempts to recover artwork previously stolen by the Nazis during World War II.  We discuss the implications of recovering artwork, maintaining it, and the difficult situation that arises from "owning" stolen property.  It brings to light other  reasures that were found and the "grey area" when it comes to claiming ownership of these artifacts.  As always, thank you for listening and enjoy your weekend!

Update on our week:  Daniel talks about the end of the school year and thinking of what
activities to get Jr. involved in during the summer break.  Daniel gives his review of Birdman, a film
which stars Michael Keaton that was critically acclaimed.  Andy talks about the new Star Trek movie and
his reservations about it.  The new Star
Trek movie will be directed by Justin Lin, director of multiple Fast and
Furious films. Andy also speaks on the Star Trek show, a difference in opinion
on Kirk and Picard, and an upcoming show that will possibly feature multiple
starships and interactions within the Federation.  Andy goes to the public Library and notices
how much smaller in content libraries have become.  Andy also has an unusual experience as an
observer of the unique people that frequent these literary establishments and
use their computers to find mail-order brides. 
Noel enlightens us on a website that measures your autism quotient at
aqtest.net.  He goes into detail on the
test, its results, and how it impacts life. Noel also started a new show, The A
Word, on BBC.  It deals with a family in
a small village in England who have a child with autism and their struggle to
live life as normal as the others.

The article of the week deals with the hold time during phone calls in the
United States.  A study shows Americans
are likely to spend 900 million hours on hold of over 4 million phone calls
with the average time being between 10-20 minutes per call. The average
American spends 43 days on hold throughout a lifetime.  We discuss customer service and our personal
experience with being on hold.  How long
