Update on our week: Hey there everyone, we have another episode for the week and some updates to enlighten you all with. Andy gets into the fitbit to track his activity in hopes of getting healthier. Fitbit allows you to track calorie burning, calorie intake, sets up water reminders, informs you of how many steps you take during a day, and much more. Loot Crate gives Andy a reason to be excited as he discusses his subscription to Loot Crate through the pro wrestling genre. Loot Crate offers bi-weekly packages with memorabilia of a theme of your choosing. Andy's love for wrestling enticed him to subscribe and he details some of great, and no so great items that have arrived thusfar. Longmire has Andy hooked as it reaches its fifth season. Andy recommends it, as it has a great plot that can be at times political, dealing with Native Americans and the chaotic situation that they face in this country. After Andy recommended Stranger Things, Daniel picked it up and is already over half way through the first season of less than 10 episodes. The guys talk on how it has a blend of an older and younger generation which displays a contrast in both their reactive styles to the situation theyve been placed in. Are you excited for the new Wolverine movie? The guys talk about the upcoming film and what we can expect to see from the classic character Logan. The preview emphasizes more on the emotion and grittiness of the story versus being dialogue heavy. Tell us what you think. Daniel mentions his latest gaming achievement of completing the game Uncharted 4. Being the newest and possibly last installment, Daniel shows his excitement of getting to continue the story of the popular Playstation franchise.

Update on our week: Free Form Network is back for another exciting episode. This week we discuss the election and how a few changes in our system may be needed. The weight of electoral votes seems to drive the presidential election versus the popular vote. Altering how much significance certain states have towards the electoral vote may give more a balanced chance to the smaller states that currently have less electoral power. We have some comments on Dave Chapelle and discuss his moments on SNL (Saturday Night LIve) while hosting an episode that had musical guest A Tribe called Quest. Is Chapelle show the greatest sketch-comedy show? Apparently many think so. Give us your thoughts. Andy gives his thoughts on another show, The Crown, a episodic depiction on the British Monarchy and Queen Elizabeth's rise to power. Andy tries his "as seen on tv" Slider press to make some delicious small cheeseburgers and we discusses grocery stores, pricing, and a new restaurant hot spot called Juicy-Os. Daniel views Star Trek Beyond and enjoyed its fast paced action style. He thought the direction was well done despite it being the Fast and Furious director, Justin Lin, who helmed the project as opposed to the original director J.J. Abrams. Daniel's nephew Isaac has his Cub's themed first year birthday party and shares his joy at spending time with the family. Politics are discussed and we give our views and thoughts on how Donald Trump won the election from Hilary Clinton. There are some key things that Trump did that seemingly clinched the election. Take a listen. Andy voices his opinion on the protests regarding Trump being elected as the new United States President. It seems these protests do not necessarily serve a purpose to a higher cause but more so an expression of their dissatisfaction at the result of the election. Update on our week: Its time for another episode of Free Form Radio! This week we cover current events, pop culture, and much more. Daniel speaks on attending his first Notre Dame football game. He luckily got tickets from a good friend of his and was able to take part in the awesome experience of college football. He describes in detail how college games are different from attending NFL events. The unity and involvement of the college students is one of a kind. Andy makes a point on how college football sparked the initial interest in the sport that helped paved the way for the NFL to be where it is today. Reviewing the Ghostbusters reboot movie has its pros and cons as Daniel and Andy discuss how the movie did not acknowledge the original cast and instead went in a completely different direction. We bring to light how trailers are pretty much spoiling the movie for the viewers. What are your thoughts? Hardcore Henry is a first person movie that entertains and excites...according to Daniel and D.J.'s viewing experience. He describes how difficult the movie was to film and its interesting perspective on an action flick. Andy shares his experience taking classes at his Catholic Church. His goal is to receive his First Communion and Confirmation. For you wrestling fans out there, discussions are had on WWE possibly buying out the next biggest organization in order to increase content and possibly raise rates to its viewers. Details on WWE's subscription content are shared as it seems the worlds largest wrestling organization is oversaturing the market with its endless hours of content both online and on television. Daniel and Andy, known for their interest in wrestling, discuss at length a few notorious matches and details on the organizations, wrestlers, and behind the scenes interactions that may not be known to the casual viewer.

Update on our week: We are back Free Form Renegades, this episode we fill you in on our weeks' and give you an insight into our weekly article on how there are many ways in which the average user is killing their iPhone battery. Noel discusses his 1st month at his new job, working overtime, and saving up for future plans. He also shares his unusual experience with making friends with a dragonfly at the office and how his coworkers see him as a Kindred Spirit walking amongst them. Noel discusses the increase in income that has him temporarily sacrificing going out for saving up to make future plans and wise investments. Noel enlightens us on his plans to join UFC Gym finally coming together as he eyes the Lombard location near work. He sheds light on how he takes dating seriously and although he has plans to date in the near future, he cannot rush into something he wants to be meaningful and long lasting. Daniel talks on home repairs and how Facebook can be alluring for finding freelance specialists like electricians and plumbers. He discusses his experience with a plumbing issue his sink was causing and the journey to fixing and resolving the problem. A trip to Enchanted Castle has Daniel Jr very entertained and it broadens his experiences from the usual Chuckie Cheese events. It gets us Free Form Renegades excited about revisiting Dave and Busters sometime in the future. Dave and Busters is the Enchanted Castle for adults and aside from Gameworks, is the next best choice for arcade gaming in West Chicago. Andy expresses his disappointment in the lack of betting pools and squares for this year's football season at work. He goes into detail on how football pools at work are organized and how the potential for great earnings are there. Opinions are shared on how it makes watching the weekly Football games that much more entertaining. Purchasing Sightings has Andy reliving some old memories of watching shows on the supernatural as a kid. Update on our week: Come join us for another episode of Free Form Radio. This week Daniel lets us know about his experience taking his Chihuahua to get his nails clipped and how their stereotype rang true when he bit the pet store associate who was clipping the nails. Daniel also takes Jr. to Six Flags Great America for the first time and they have a blast! Jr. showed his adventurous side by fearlessly taking on all the rides he could get on. Noel discusses his thoughts on joining a gym, finding the right one, and taking the right classes taught by the right people. He sheds light on his past gym experience and the sometimes weird and unique people that can frequent gyms. He also shares some info on his push to spend his money wisely to learn MMA as well as get in peak physical condition over time in hopes of someday having a real MMA fight. Noel briefly discusses work, how 2 weeks in he is already working overtime, reorganizing things, and getting a lot of praise and extra work tossed his way. He talks on how trainers can either be a positive or negative influence and how his unique training atmosphere has proven to him he can handle anything. We take some time to discuss Facebook Live and its potential. Andy has a little rant on the feature and how it can attract a fair number of very unusual users. He discusses his view of how Facebook Live can motivate the wrong people to share the most uninteresting things. On a positive note, talk is had on Zoo brew at Brookfield Zoo and how Andy's experience trying various different craft beers is one he recommends to all beer fans and enthusiasts.
