Update on our week:
Another good day for us to get together and discuss life, liberty, and the pursuit of our personal happiness.
Andy watches a new Youtube video series called Lo Que Tiran En USA about a man who collects various items that other people have thrown away and ends up refurbishing it to be able to sell it at a profit to feed and support his family. He also demonstrates charity and helps out those in need with some of the items he collects.
Gracie, Andy's wife received her second Masters Degree and advances in the opportunities she can have in her career. We at Free Form Radio want to wish her well on her path in education.
Daniel tuned into Netflix documentary Fear City dealing with the Mafia and the 5 crime families that took a hold over New York.

Daniel also gets back into the Star Trek Universe and tries to see Deep Space 9, but eventually ends up switching back to Star Trek Enterprise, the sequel to Star Trek The Next Generation.
Noel plays some Resident Evil games to get back into the series before Resident Evil 8 releases. He discusses how the franchise has meant a lot to him growing up with these games as a kid and into adulthood.
Noel gets into a new type of workout using resistance bands that connect to a waist belt that are used specifically for mixed martial arts and boxing. It elevates cardio and balances it out with a resistance.
