Update on our week:
This week the guys talk about New Year's Day and their resolutions. Andy makes a plan to read 1 book per month and Daniel has a goal to make a conscious effort to be a better person. What resolution do you have, if any, for the 2020 year?
Andy had an unfortunate incident that many have gone through...fraudulent charges on their account. He believes his card was used for fraudulent charges when he visited a restaurant recently.

Daniel talks about spending some time video gaming with a Tomb Raider title. He wasn't overly impressed with the game itself, but was interested in a language feature that allowed him to listen to the native language of the characters which coincidentally was Spanish in a South American setting. He also speaks on spending some time playing the new Star Wars game, Jedi Fallen Order that really showed him a sharp, graphical experience he was happy to have been able to play. The one drawback of having such a beautiful looking game is that the current hardware in consoles cannot always keep up with the graphical detail of the current games. The performance and frame rate would dip when action got intense, Daniel says.
The guys pose a question on whether they leave the car running when stopping at a gas station and going inside for a purchase. The guys weigh in on their lack of trust leaving the car on and how many who do often complain of getting robbed or having their vehicle stolen, when in reality they make it so easy for the common thief to do so.
Andy talks about Chicago's sub zero temperatures every winter and warming up the car during the middle of the night to prevent freezing and to fulfill a personal belief that it will help start the car easier in the morning.
The article of the week:
3.2 Million Dollars are made in the first day of Marijuana being legal to purchase at Dispensaries in the State of Illinois.
The guys weigh in a bit on Marijuana and how the tax money being made is a strategy being utilized by the State of Illinois. While on a federal level, Marijuana is illegal, in the state of Illinois, if you are over the age of 21, you can purchase Marijuana with cold hard cash.
The concern for some is, are you being cataloged in a database when you purchase Marijuana? Will this have any negative consequences that affect your career or criminal record? Currently, Illinois has exonerated people who were incarcerated for certain Marijuana related reasons.
Warning: May have Strong Language and Content.
